I am so grateful to the folks at Beers and Story for their compassionate assistance when my mom passed away recently. Their communication was excellent- I never felt rushed, and I never felt like they were trying to “sell” me anything. This is my second experience working with them over the span of 20+ years - and the care and compassion has remained the same.

Lucy helped us so much with my Mother-in-Law's funeral arrangements. Beers and Story handled my Father-in-Law's funeral arrangements and they did a wonderful job 13 years ago. This past May they handled everything we needed for my Mother-in-Law's service. We spoke on the phone, met in person and of course met Lucy the day of the service as well. Lucy helped with everything from the floral arrangements to the music played at the service to finding us a wonderful Reverend to officiate the service. Lucy also helped us donate the floral arrangements to a local hospital and nursing home. We live about an hour and a half away from Palmer and Lucy's help, advice and support was invaluable to us. I highly recommend Lucy and Beers and Story.

Staff were genuinely supportive and extremely professional to members of our family. All details were taken care of, without the family even asking. Continued support carried through post burial.
