Adeline Blanche Leritz, 93, of Cloquet died Sunday, June 30, 2013 in Sunnyside Health Care Center in Cloquet with her loving family by her side. She was born May 4, 1920 in Menahga to Charles and Edla (Hanhela) Clark. Adeline married Michael Leritz on October 28, 1939 in Menahga where they farmed and made their home until 1955 when they moved to Cloquet. Adeline loved being a homemaker, cooking, canning and gardening. She was an avid Twins fan. Adeline was preceded in death by her husband, Michael; son, Gerald "Gary"; grandson, Teddy Leritz; great granddaughter, Jessica Roseth; and six brothers, Floyd Clark, Chet, Arnold, Virgil, Ken and Carl Hilton. She is survived by her children, Michael (LaVonne) Leritz of Coon Rapids, Larry Leritz of Cloquet, Donald (Lori) Leritz and Ronald (Sue) Leritz both of Kenai, Alaska, JoAnn (John) Aili of Alborn, Jack (Brenda) Leritz of Moose Lake, and Bonnie (Mike) Mackey of Esko; daughter-in-law, Geraldine Leritz of Wrenshall; sister, Delores Bohren of Esko; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 in Atkins-Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th Street, Cloquet. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery. A time of lunch and fellowship followed in the Fireside Room of the funeral home.
