Farley Funeral Homes and Crematory - Venice
Alberto Sardinas
November 19th, 1960 - June 20th, 2021
Alberto Sardinas was 60 years young and full of life when he went to Heaven unexpectedly and suddenly, surrounded by family on June 20, 2021. Alberto who resided in Venice Florida since 1997 previously lived in Oshkosh, Wisconsin since 1980; and was originally born in Havana Cuba. His family from Cuba includes his parents, Alberto Sardinas and Ophelia Aguerro, brother Daniel, sister Felita, all who have passed before him. He is survived by his sister, Ester who is still living in Cuba along with many nieces, and nephews. He married Victoria Groeschel (Wagner) in 1988, and raised her two children Joshua and Gabrielle Groeschel. We had a son Nathan in 1989. He was loved by all and anyone who met him loved his spirit and joy for life. Alberto was caring, kind, genuine, loving, hard working, outgoing and always ready to take on a challenge or new adventure. He had a passion for life, helping others and had a huge loving heart for all. He loved exercising, biking, walking, and all activities outdoors. He was a wonderful husband, father, friend, brother and son. He was very family-oriented and his favorite times were family get togethers and holidays. Alberto was always there if you needed a friend, a shoulder to cry on, or if you needed to talk. He had a contagious laugh and an even bigger smile. He loved life, spending time with family, friends and being outdoors. He was extremely creative, loved fashion, especially SHOES, and always dressed to impress. He went to college in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and then became a C.N.A where he worked for several agencies. After moving to Venice in 1997 he worked for Venice Hospital. He became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) after graduating from Sarasota School of Massage at the top of his class. Alberto began working for Ana Molinari Salon and Spa in 2005 while he also maintained his extensive private clientele which were more than clients to him; they were friends and part of his family. He has left behind a wife of 32 years, Victoria Sardinas and children, Joshua Groeschel 45, Gabrielle Groeschel 42, and Nathan Sardinas 31, all of Venice, Florida. He also left behind 2 grandchildren, Nicholas and Michaela Groeschel along with numerous extended family members. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Time and date will be posted on his Facebook account sometime mid-July. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to his GO FUND ME ACCOUNT POSTED ON FACEBOOK!
