Amy Susanne Fennel
August 10th, 1974 - February 11th, 2016
Amy Fennel, age 41, was called home at 3:00PM on February 11, 2016 at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In her departure, she leaves behind a legacy of six beautiful children; Kayla Ellis, Megan Ellis, Cameron Sharp, Lexi Fennel, Jolene Fennel, and Izzy Wickherst; and her wonderful husband of 18 years, Burley "Dean" Fennel. Amy is also survived by two siblings; Sara Pippin and Bryan Ellis, who both looked up to her; an amazing father and step-mother, Neal and Lois Ellis, of Burkeville, TX; and one grandson, Andre, whom just turned 3 years-old and is the son of Kayla Ellis.Amy is preceded in death by her mother, Susan Kay Genschork; stepmother, Alice Faye Ellis; and grandmother, Freida Belle Liddell. Amy was an extraordinary mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend to anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be missed by many, and remembered by all.
