I would like to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude to The Springs Funeral Services North. My dad passed away in January in Germany. Due to German red tape for me in order to ship his ashes to the US, I needed a letter from a funeral home here stating they would accept the remains. German law does not allow remains to be given directly to the deceased's loved ones. After calling at least 6 different local funeral homes, most of which never even returned my call, I was pleasantly surprised by communicating with Daniel Russel at The Springs Funeral Services. Not only did he assure me that he would write the required letter, but did not charge any fees for that, accepting the urn, and transferring the ashes to another urn I purchased. I'm so grateful for the grace they showed when a person is at their most vulnerable specifically in their line of work, and shame on those funeral homes that didn't even the call me back.

I, unfortunately, had prepaid for funeral arrangements with another funeral home (Return to Nature). Thankfully, the horrific conditions of that other place were exposed prior to my husband's death. I chose The Springs Funeral Services to make other arrangements for both my husband & me. What a difference! I was treated with respect & compassion from the moment I walked in the door. I wish I had gone to TSFS first! When my husband passed, in February, everyone, from the two people who picked up his body at home, to the funeral director, with whom we finalized everything, were absolutely amazing. I will highly recommend The Springs Funeral Services to everyone.

We are completely satisfied with services provided by TSFS. Stephanie was positive, professional and proficient, but what was most heartfelt was the empathy she showed for us going through the loss of my mom. She patiently guided us in the selection of options for the memorial and was there to help arrange the chapel as we had planned. There was a winter storm the very morning of the service and Stephanie was most understanding and flexible to accommodate us in those challenging circumstances. Thank you!

Helpful and kind with all aspects. Daniel Russell worked with me and is awesome. Then there's email follow-up information and helpful tips regarding dealing with the aftermath.
