Andrew Bosman
September 18th, 1937 - December 20th, 2016
Born and raised by his Dutch parents, Andy was born in Chicago and lived with his family. Andy spoke fluent Dutch and made numerous trips to the Netherlands. When he was 18 he served in the United States Army as an engineer and was stationed in Germany. He then moved to Denver with his parents and siblings to start a family business called Best Way Disposal which later became United States Disposal Systems (USDS). Later in life he started his own business doing sweeping and snow removal (Sweep A Lot)…He never retired! He was an avid reader of historical fiction and crime novels. He loved singing, country music (Johnny Cash), fishing, old cars, camping (took his kids across the Country to all 50 states and Canada), and socializing with friends. He advised his children and grandchildren to never buy another dog but loved them all (after they didn’t listen). He always had a song in his heart and loved his family immensely. He married his beloved wife (Audrey Smit) in 1961 and is survived by his Children, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren (listed below): Jim & Lauri (Bosman) Venema. We would like to leave you with these words: Rejoice in hope, be patient in suffering, persevere in prayer. Romans 12:12
