Survived by wife, Jessica Leigh Roybal; children, Gloria Marie Roybal, Carlos Lencho Roybal, Alan Jay Roybal, Serena Lynn Roybal and Monica Elise Roybal; siblings, Tomas Retana, Laura Mancuso, Ronald Roybal, Michael Roybal and George Roybal; grandchildren, Dalilah Martinez, Dallas Martinez, Christina Fowler, Jonah Tafoya, Chloe Kubo and Alyna Robal.
