Angelina D. StephensonAugust 12, 1980-April 14, 2010Angelina D. Stephenson, nee Julian, passed away suddenly on April 14, 2010 in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of 29. Born August 12, 1980, in West Berlin, Germany, Angelina or "Angie" spent most of her life growing up in Colorado Springs. She graduated from Rampart High School in 1998, and was attending Regis University pursuing her Teaching degree in Special Education. Angie frequently volunteered at local schools helping with special needs children.She is survived by her husband, Marc Stephenson, daughter, Ophelia, Father and Mother, Mark and Rose Julian, siblings, Vanessa Shonoiki and Vincent, niece, Tiana Shonoiki, and her husband's family, the Hardcastles, Franco's and Stephenson's along with other friends and family. Viewing will be from 4:00PM-7:00PM on Monday, April 19, 2010 at The Springs Funeral Services located at 3115 E. Platte Avenue. Her life will be celebrated at her funeral service on Wednesday, April 21, at 10:00AM, at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church located at Austin Bluffs and Research.In lieu of flowers her family is accepting donations on her behalf for later donation to special needs education charities.
