Anne Delia Cobos

Anne Delia Cobos, 64, died on August 26, 2016 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born on September 25, 1951 in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico to Bartolo Vazquez and Angelita Diaz. She was raised in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico and Manhattan, New York. She moved back to the United States in 1969. In 1976, she enlisted and began her service to her country in the United States Air Force and served in Turkey, and later in Washington D.C. Anne began her Civil Service career in 1987 at the United States Air Force Academy, where she served until 2012.Anne was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be remembered for her wonderful personality, warm heart, and infectious laugh. She had an unconditional love for her grandchildren and the outdoors. She is preceded in death by her father, Bartolo Vazquez. Anne is survived by two sons, MSgt Marc (Yadira) Cobos, USAF of Burkburnett, Texas, and Christopher (Clara) Cobos of Las Cruces, New Mexico; her mother, Angelita Diaz of East Brunswick, New Jersey; two brothers, Hector Luis (Lydia) Vazquez of East Brunswick, New Jersey, and Neftali Vazquez of Woodstock, Virginia; two sisters, Daniela Vazquez, and Bienvenida Vazquez, both of Puerto Rico; and four grandchildren.
