Anthony Joe Medina, 49, of Denver CO, passed peacefully in his sleep in the early morning of June 27, 2017. The son of Joe and Vicenta Medina, born November 17, 1967. He leaves behind his six children: Anthony R. Medina, 30: Lucas Medina, 28: Adam J.Medina, 27: Vince Martinez, 26: Matthew M. Medina, 25: Claudia J.A. Medina, 20: as well as Brothers, sisters, cousins, friends and countless loved ones. He was proceeded in death by his father, grandparents, uncles, and cousins. The memories he leaves behind are those of a fighter. Someone who through all of his pain and suffering chose to live life with no chains or restrictions. His passion for life and will to live was the greatest gift he bestowed on those he loved and those who loved him. Services will be held on July 3, 2017; from 10AM to 1 PM at Romero's Family Funeral home located at 4750 Tejon St. Denver, CO 80232.
