Romero Funeral Home and Cremations - Denver
Anthony Gerard Moralez
October 27th, 1966 - October 31st, 2022
Anthony Gerard Moralez was born October 27, 1966 in Denver Colorado and passed to his eternal life at the age of 56 on October 31, 2022. He is preceded by his big brother Pete Moralez, cousin Jesus John Jr. Hernandez "Chuey" and his nephew Derrick Alarid. He is survived by his children Toni Alarid and Anthony Alarid, and step children Joey Alarid and Celina Peters from his one true love and ex wife Lorraine Alarid. His siblings, James McClung,Cheyenne McClung Martinez, Joel, Jobe, and Beverly. His parents MaryEllen McClung and Pete Moralez. Also had grandkids, Carlos Abeyta, Lorenzo David Alarid, Alizah Garcia, and Anthony Jr. Alarid. He also had very many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that will all miss him dearly. As a father, he was very outgoing. He loved for us to play sports and he definitely showed us how to be competitive. His exact words would be "Let's whoop some ass!" He himself was good at almost everything he put his mind to. Losing was just not an option because he was a confident man and leader. He was a loving, caring, funny, and protective brother. He enjoyed being around family and friends. He would crack corny jokes that were guaranteed to make you laugh. Anthony was a one of a kind man who had deep bonds with the ones he loved. People that grew up with always said he was a good man to have on your side. He was also a sportsman. If you knew him, blue and orange really did run through his veins. I couldn't even count how many Bronco shirts or jerseys he had in his closet. This is why we are asking to please wear some Bronco gear to his services. He would absolutely love it. It is very unfortunate and sad knowing that cancer took his life, but let me tell you my dad was a true warrior if I ever saw one. He never gave up and till his last breath, he fought that ugly biotch. I was so proud of him as I know we all were. It seems only so true now to say he is in no more pain and we have gained an angel to watch over us as we continue our lives. We can carry with us all the many memories, good or bad, with us to remember who he truly was. He will be missed always and will never be forgotten as long as I live.
