Audrey Kay Gray

Audrey was the ultimate family and people person. She enjoyed reading anything that had words on it, watching movies that made her cry, gardening that made her frustrated, shopping for everyone else, chatting endlessly with friends and relatives, and, above all, being around and caring for her loved ones.She will be remembered for her strong and unbreakable religious beliefs, her care for the unborn, her love of the poor and unappreciated, and her opportunities to care and serve those she loved.Audrey K. Gray, 76, passed away on April 25, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was the wife of Lawrence "Larry" M. Gray, and they shared fifty-five years together in marriage.Born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the daughter of Joseph F. and Evelyn D. LeFevre, she grew up and attended school and church in Tecumseh, Michigan. It was there as a high school senior that she met her future husband and began a new life that included being a military spouse for twenty-one years and eventually a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Audrey loved to travel, wade in the ocean, smell the flowers and sit in the sunshine.She is survived by her brother, Bruce M. LeFevre; her husband; daughters, Lisa Marie Masters, Sherry Lynn Gray and Allison Michelle Lupo; grandsons, Gary O. Huxx, Bryce T. Masters, and Nicholaus J. Lupo; granddaughter, Kyra E. Comstock; great-granddaughter, Audrey Renee Masters; and a new addition expected in November of 2021.Audrey is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Douglas J.
