Billy Jones

Billy Joe Jones, 75, departed this life to be with our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018. Billy was a special man with a fun-loving personality and a zest for life. Those who knew Billy would say that he loved his family unconditionally. A thoughtful man, you could always find Billy willing to lend a hand when he could. He knew how to enjoy moments in life, whether it be fishing in solitude with only God and nature or talking on the phone with his grandchildren. We will all miss Billy’s spirit and love. Billy leaves to cherish his memory, a beautiful daughter, Nona Carroll and handsome sons, Daryl Chaney, Martin Jones and Joseph Jones; his first wife, Ok Tan Jones; his life partner, Martha Schwartz; his grandchildren, Imani, Michaiah, Amaya, Jaleel, Isaiah, Moriah, Garrett, William and Devin; and his brothers and sisters, Rich Chapman, Ethel Twyman, Mary Thomas, James Jones, David Jones, Katherine Jones, Annie Ruth Jefferies, Jerry Jones, Brenda Cottrell, Doris McCoy, Carolyn Soles, Barbara Jones, Stephanie Jones and Geneva Fuller, and numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
