Brandon "B-Dogg" "Pops" Burchett Sr, was born on April 12, 1978 and passed away on January 28, 2017, and reunited with his grandmother Edith Mae Nichols and grandfather James Dale Nichols. He is survived by his mother, Linda Burchett, his sons, Brandon James Burchett Jr and Darren Michael Burchett. his sisters, Tracy Wright and Robin Young, and his 4 nephews, Branden Gregory Moore, Travis Austin Moore, Levi Wright and Lorenz Wright. From an early age, Brandon loved all types of sports. He kept very busy with Baseball and was a huge Orioles fan. Which of course stemmed from his love of Cal Ripken. He was also a huge fan of anything Miami. Miami Heat Basketball, University of Miami College Football and Miami Dolphins, for NFL. Brandon not only paid very close attention to all of the sport teams he came to love, Brandon was also very involved in Boy Scouts. Brandon always loved cars, all types of cars. The older he had gotten, the more he was able to express his interest in cars. Nissan Skyline would come to be his all time dream car. He liked them fast and loud. Much to his own demise at times but I don't think that bothered him one bit. It's what made him smile. The cars Brandon loved and made him smile, never could have ever compared to the joy he exuded when he became a daddy. Brandon loved with no limits, and had more heart than the average person. He loved his family and loved his cars, but nothing could hold a candle to the happiness that his children brought him. Cars became a hobby and his boys became his world. Brandon will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved him. The ones who were fortunate to take a front row seat in his life, are probably never going to recover from this type of loss. We will look for you up in the sky at night, and reach out to you in our dreams. This is not goodbye...I will definitely see you later.
