Once I walked in with my family these people treated us with nothing but respect and wonderful loving energy! Through this hard time in our life, losing my son these people went their way and made this process so easy! I want to especially recommend working with Marie, she was a beautiful soul to work with! She made time for me and my family whenever, even if it was a late night she did her best to make us feel appreciated and seen! Anything we needed they did their best to figure it out! They explained everything so well and again made the process so much easier! Thankyou Marie and the oakridge funeral for helping us with the funeral service you all did an outstanding job and would recommend to anyone in need of placing their loved ones to rest! I do not know where to begin. Everyone was so helpful and didn't blink an eye to answer any questions I had whether it be walking in, by phone or by email. Always prompt service! Marie is unbelievable! She walked me through the process, gave me advice, and had information at her fingertips! I could not have gotten the military honors ceremony completed and confirmed without her expertise and caring professionalism. I know Daddy will be looking down - smiling! Thank you so much!

My sister and I wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service you provided during our family's difficult time. Marie was an incredible help when my father passed away unexpectedly during our trip. She was always there to answer our questions and went above and beyond to assist us in any way she could. Her resourcefulness and easygoing nature made a challenging situation much more manageable.

Oak Ridge was very compassionate and understanding in accommodating in fulfilling the needs of my Dad’s wishes. The cremation and shipping was done in a timely fashion. I appreciate all they did.
