September 19th, 1970 - October 23rd, 2016
Brent Richard Lundquist, 46 of Culver passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 23, 2016 in his home. He was born September 19, 1970 in Cloquet to Richard and Jacqueline Lundquist. He graduated from Cloquet High School in 1989. After high school Brent went to work at Hagen's Glass and Paint until 1996. He then went to work as an ironworker at Boldt Construction where he was currently working as a superintendent. Brent married Kimberly Anderson on March 9, 1997 in Las Vegas. Brent was a member of Union Local 512. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren and loved watching them play sports. He loved spending time with his special niece Aleksia and fishing buddy, Trevor. He enjoyed all the time he spent at Denny's Resort on Big Winnie and at his hunting shack. Brent was preceded in death by his grandparents; step-father, Earl Dale Larson; and father-in-law, Gary Anderson. He is survived and will be sadly missed by his wife, Kimberly; daughter, Stacy (Shane) Cordle of Cloquet; mother, Jacqueline Larson of McGregor; father, Richard (Chris) Lundquist of Esko; sister, Kristy (Michael) Severson of Denver; mother-in-law, Bonnie Anderson of Cloquet; four grandchildren, Garryt, Mavryk, Mayzlin, and Brittany Cordle; niece, Aleksia Severson; nephew, Trevor Severson; and his special buddy, Izzy. Gathering of Family and Friends: 5 to 8 p.m. with a time of sharing at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 28, 2016 in the Atkins Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St., Cloquet. A Celebration of Brent's life will be held at the Brook Saloon in Brookston on Saturday, October 29th starting at 12:00 Noon with lunch also being served.
