Dillon, Brian R. of Minneapolis April 25, 1961 - October 3, 2022 Loving son, brother, father and uncle. Born in St. Paul, MN. Preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Dillon. Survived by his son, Michael Dillon (Tori), father Richard Dillon, brothers Kevin, Hugh & Tim, sisters Denise & Colleen (Pete). Brian always had a sparkle in his eye and spread Joy onto others with ease. He was a skilled Chef of over 40 years and loved his co-workers. His passion was the Twins, Gophers, T-Wolves & NCAA Basketball. Brian’s example of genuine self will live on in all of us. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to The family. Mass of Christian Burial at 1PM Tuesday, October 11, 2022 St. Albert the Great Catholic Church 2836 33rd Ave S. Minneapolis 55406
