Bryce George Platter
June 2nd, 1995 - August 30th, 2020
On Sunday, August 30, 2020, Bryce George Platter went to be with the Lord at the age of 25 as a result of a car accident. Bryce was born on June 2, 1995 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado to George Platter and Margy Platter. He received his bachelor's degree in business from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2019 and started his new career at Home Advisor. At the same time, Bryce continued to work in the restaurant industry he so enjoyed, most notably at Rioja and Julep in Denver. He could sell you anything, whether you wanted it or not. Additionally, he loved modeling, fashion and walking the runway at Denver Fashion Week. If that is not enough, he also loved to act. Bryce had a passion for life as his family and friends will tell you. He loved meeting new people, spending time with friends and keeping in touch with everyone. He would be the first to offer help and support in the hard times and the first to laugh at a party or chance meeting. Bryce traveled around the world, from Central America to Europe to China. He made friends in every country where he visited and touched their lives in a way that they will never forget. Bryce was not afraid to try new things, from bungee swinging over the Royal Gorge at the age of eight to eating a bug delicacy in China during his final semester in school. When he was not working at one of his many professions, Bryce loved hiking, camping, four-wheeling and spending time with his friends. He was kind, loving, outgoing, supportive and an amazing human being. And, yes, he could be ‘snarky', but that was one of the traits that made him so lovable. He packed more into his 25 years than most people do in a lifetime. Bryce is preceded in death by his close friend Therese Rodgers; grandparents George and Ella Platter and Josh and Katheryn Mosbrucker. He is survived by his parents George and Margy Platter, many loving family members and numerous beautiful friends. We will miss him more than you can imagine.
