Carol Marcia (Kablitz) Wiersma, age 66, of North Port, Florida, passed away on February 10, 2012. She was born on December 25, 1945 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Ervin & Eileen Kablitz.She was united in marriage to Vernon Wiersma on August 26,1977 who shared 34 years of her enduring love and devotion. She moved to North Port from Venice, Florida and Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. She was a member of South Biscayne Church in North Port and Plantation Golf Club. She is survived by her husband; Vernon, a daughter, Wendy (Kris) Tower Hager of Venice, Florida; two sons, Frank (Kris) Tower of Oshkosh, Wisconsin and Robert Wiersma III of North Port; a sister, Kathleen (Tony) Kablitz Carlson of Muskego, Wisconsin and a brother, John (Joni) Kablitz of Phoenix, Arizona. She also leaves behind a grandson, Carson Hager. A memorial service will be held at South Biscayne Church in North Port on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 1:00PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to South Biscayne Feed the Needy, 13000 Tamiami Trail, North Port, Florida 34287. Farley Funeral Home in North Port is handling the arrangements.
