Carole L. Burke, age 81, of Venice, Florida peacefully passed away on August 22, 2024. Carole was born October 12, 1942 in Toronto Canada to Kathleen (Piette) and Leonard Watson.

She was surrounded by a wonderful group of friends who supported and encouraged her. She became an American citizen. She enjoyed travel, golf, cooking and shopping.

In addition to her parents, Carole is preceded in passing by her beloved husband Edward Burke.

Survivors include; step-daughters Deborah (Jim) Sawicki and Diane Frohlich; and grandchildren: Joseph and Matthew Sawicki & Zachary and Theresa Frohlich.

Memorial donations may be made to Tidewell Foundation or Breast Cancer Foundation.
