Carter Kendrick Lindgren, 5 months and 17 days, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in his sleep, Friday morning, June 15, 2018. He came into this world at 8:55 pm Friday, December 29, 2017. Carter was the answer to his parents, Scott and Morgan Lindgren's, prayers. During his time with us on earth, Carter brought a light everywhere he went. He never failed to bring a smile to someone's face. He loved to cuddle and play with his best friend, Cooper, the family black lab. Carter was fearless and adventurous. He crawled for the first time the evening prior to his passing. Carter was preceded in death by maternal great grandfather, Pat Cadigan; and maternal great grandmother, Marnie Anderson. Carter is survived by his parents, Scott and Morgan; paternal grandparents, Ross and Kendra Lindgren; his maternal grandparents, Bill Cadigan and Cassie (Dan) Doran; paternal great grandparents, Bob and Evelyn Castleberry; maternal great grandparents, Bryan (Lucy) Morgan and Barb Cadigan; his aunt Hailey, uncle Cannon, uncle Mason Lindgren and aunt Katelynn, and cousins, Ian and Abigail. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 22, 2018 in Zion Lutheran Church, Cloquet. Please join Carter's family in celebrating the beautiful life of this sweet little boy.
