Celestine "Celeste" Margaret Lewis
August 17th, 1964 - June 28th, 2024
Celeste loved greatly. She only knew how to be happy and shared that happiness with all who knew her.
Celestine “Celeste” Lewis, 59, was born in Seattle on August 17, 1964. She was the youngest of four children of Joseph and Joan Lewis. She passed away suddenly in her home June 27th. She leaves behind a sister, two brothers, niece, nephews, grandnephews, aunts, cousins, and many friends, all of whom will miss her.
Celeste loved greatly. She only knew how to be happy and shared that happiness with all who knew her. Celeste was the kind of person who could walk down the street and make friends – a rare find. She especially loved her niece, nephews, and great nephews. She loved them and worked hard trying to spoil them at every opportunity.
Just before she passed, she was volunteering at vacation bible school at Guadelupe Catholic Church in West Seattle.
If only the world loved as Celeste loved, the earth would only know peace and joy. This is a great loss.
We will miss you Celeste, you will always live on in our hearts.
