Charles H. Bland (Chuck) passed away on January 18th, 2021, surrounded by his family. He was 74 years old. Chuck retired from the military with 27 years. He also retired from Pepsi as a transport driver with 28 years. Chuck was a Boy Scout leader. Through the years he led many camping trips with the boys. Chuck belonged to a camping club, The Palmetto Stars. He loved the many camping trips that they went on. Chuck was looking forward to the next cruise, which he loved to be on with friends. He is survived by his wife, Barb; daughter and son, Kim and Mark; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Chuck will be missed by all of us, and he would want us to KEEP GOING. A committal service with military honors will be held for Mr. Bland on February 19, 2021 at 2:00pm at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia SC.
