Charles C. Lowery, age 68, of Venice, died on January 1, 2007. He was born on April 6, 1938 in Terre Haute, IN, and came to Venice in 1978 from Brazil, IN. He was a property manager for the Silco Corporation at Lake Village in Venice for 25 years before he retired. He also worked for AT & T long lines as a regional safety supervisor. Mr. Lowery was a past president of the Florida Manufactured Housing Association. He attended the Venice Assembly of God. Surviving family members include his daughter, Charlotte Pallong of Litchfield, NH; son Charles Lowery, Jr. of Eldorado Hills, CA; son James Lowery of Faribault, MN; daughter Rose Mustari of Venice, FL; brother Norman Lowery of Terre Haute, IN; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. No local services are planned at this time. Farley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
