Charlotte Rose North Schrimsher, 79, of Ocklawaha passed away peacefully on Friday, January 8, 2021 surrounded by her family in Leesburg, Florida. Charlotte Schrimsher was a native of Bradenton, Florida and moved to this area the summer of 1979. She worked in the banking industry until starting a business in the farming industry with her husband in 1994. Upon the passing of her beloved husband in 1999, she worked at the Division of Forestry until 2010 when she began working as a dedicated case worker and site manager for Marion Senior Services. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvis Schrimsher Sr. Survivors include her daughter Jennifer Howard (John), son Alvis Schrimsher Jr. (Lisa), daughter Cynthia Jackson (Andrew), grandchildren Kyle Schrimsher (Elizabeth), Christopher Howard, Colby Howard (Jen), Danielle McCall (Joey), Jacob Jackson, Jessica Jackson, Neal Schrimsher, Christian Schrimsher, Renae Schrimsher, great-grandchildren Anna, Joshua, Caydence, Hadley, Ryleigh, and Jackson. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1PM on March 27, 2021 at Ocklawaha Bridge Baptist Church, 14100 FL 40, Silver Springs, FL 34488. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice. Online condolences may be sent at http://www.hiers-baxley.com
