Chase Patrick Logsdon

Chase Patrick Logsdon April 15, 1998 ~ October 22, 2021 Chase was born in Littleton, Colorado to Matthew R. Logsdon and Catherine J. Davis-McKibbin on April 15, 1998, he was the 5th child born in the family. He attended Smoky Hill High School in Aurora, CO. He was an amateur vocalist extraordinaire his whole life. Chase was a kind soul who dreamed of being a Hero. It was because of his experience with The Boy Scouts, The Civil Air Patrol, and Life Guarding that he wished to help people by serving in the Military or as a First Responder. He wanted more than anything to be a light for those who needed shelter and because of his size in High School, Chase became the protector of Nerds and Outcasts. He loved all types of music from Rock and Roll, Country Jazz, to Mongolian throat singing and auditioned several times for the VOICE. He also enjoyed DC, Marvel, and Sci-Fi books and movies. He has a massive collection of Yugi-oh cards to which he would attend tournaments with. Chase was an avid chess player, but his passion was with online gaming. He loved animals - especially dogs - and they loved Chase. He would have this calm about him and animals felt secure and safe with him. His heart matched the size of his girth, and he will always be remembered as a gentle giant who gave hugs that would engulf your whole being. Chase will be forever cherished in our hearts and in our memories. Chase is preceded in death by his Father, Matthew R. Logsdon; Grandparents, Charles E. Davis (maternal) and Pete and Phyllis Logsdon (paternal). Those who will cherish his loving memory is his Parents, Perry and Catherine Davis-McKibbin; Sisters Brooke Valenzuela, Brittney Han, Desiree Han, Jennifer Stark. Grandmothers Suzanne Davis and Patricia McKibbin; Aunts & Uncles, Mick Logsdon, Mary Stoltenburg, Maureen Logsdon, Michelle and Derek Funk; Nieces and Nephews, Marissa, Jaida, Isaac, Charlotte, Liam, Anne Marie, Olivia and Teslyn. Memorial Service, Saturday, November 20, 2021, with receiving Family & Friends at 11:00am; Memorial Service to follow at 12:00pm at Romero Funeral Home ~ Chapel of Repose, 15150 E. Iliff Avenue, Aurora, Colorado. Reception to follow Service at 2:00pm in the Romero Reception Hall.
