Christine Ann Billingham, age 68, of North Port, Florida, passed away at her home on February 28, 2010. She was born on November 27, 1941 in Troy, New York and was the daughter of Howard Wenz and Helen Burkhardt Wenz. On October 8, 1960 she married Douglas Billingham and devoted the remainder of her life to her husband and seven children, Jacqueline (Danny) Bashford, Donna (Frank) Siska, Douglas (Denise) Billingham, III, Jason Billingham, Matthew (Jennifer) Billingham, Christopher Billingham and Jennifer Willette. She is also survived by grandchildren, Michael and Joshua Bashford, Stephanie Billingham, Tina, Kelsey and Joseph Siska, Matthew Billingham, Jr. and Justin Willette. At the request of Christine, there will be no viewing hours and the funeral mass will be private and will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, it is also the request of Christine that friends take their children or someone they love to dinner and celebrate their life and memory. Farley Funeral Home in North Port, Florida is handling the arrangements.
