Clarice Marie Boeding passed away suddenly on October 4, 2011. She was born Clarice Marie Renaud on March 1, 1922 in Morrison, Colorado. She was the daughter of J.V. and Teresa Renaud. She attended Bear Creek Valley Grade and High School graduating in 1940. Clarice married Conrad Boeding on August 17, 1942. They had a long life together and shared interests in bowling, church work, and achieved Grand Master Level in bridge together. After Conrad retired, they traveled extensively visiting Hawaii, Alaska, Germany and Israel. They celebrated their 64th anniversary in 2007. Clarice was active in church and school activities for her children and grand children. Her passions in life remained bowling, Grand Masters Bridge and the Colorado Rockies. Clarice is predeceased in death by her husband Conrad. She is survived by her children Carol Hinnant-Boeding (Carlan), Conrad J. Boeding (Trudy), Claudia Baca-Gilas (Douglas), Craig Boeding (Maria), 9 grandchildren, 20 great grand children, a sister, Grace Kasnick of Mesa, Arizona and a brother, Bill Renaud, of Lakewood. A memorial service will be held on Saturday October 8, 2011 at 10:00 am at Aspen Mortuary, 1350 Simms. Donations may be made to the Colorado Historical Society (historycolorado.org) or the Alzheimer†™s Association (alz.org/co).
