Clayton R. Langley of Cloquet, passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at home with his loving family at his side. He was born February 11, 1928 in Virginia, MN. Clayton was united in marriage to Rosemary A. English on October 23, 1948. After several moves, they returned to Cloquet in 1955 and remained here. Clayton retired from Potlatch Corporation in 1990. His passion was hunting and fishing and he enjoyed summers at their lake property on Leech Lake. Clayton is survived by his wife, Rosemary; their children, Wayne (Willie), Dorin (Deb), Terry (Tammy), Sharon (Jeff) Carlson, Colleen (Bill) Mason and Melanie (Greg) Koski, all of the Cloquet area; brother, Dhayle (Marilyn) of Superior; 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Memorial Services were held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 in Atkins-Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th Street, Cloquet. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts will be donated to St. Mary's Hospice in memory of Clayton.
