I remember him as my mentor. Maybe one will question it why and how can it be? He had been a good example for me as far as how to take studies seriously. I saw how he valued education and worked hard in achieving his dreams.His hopes and determination inspired me in building my dreams as I was growing up. We had lost contacts for almost 30 yrs, we do not have any clues as far as what had happened.We heard a lot of hearsays as far as what happened to him but we really had not heard from him as far as his side of the story. We thought that he had forgotten us, only to find out that we had always been on his heart and on his mind. He had been through a lot of obstacles that he had experienced in achieving his dreams. He had hoped that when everything is over, then was the time that he will face us all. His medical problems stopped him from doing what he was planning to do. But little does he know that he has impart a lot already to us, his family. We might not know the full story of his adventure but didn't it helped us all to be successful in life and in our exploration around the world outside the care and protection of our own family. In fact, we have learned so much from him that we had become brave and stubborn in working hard to achieve our dreams, to stay on track and being careful in the decisions that we make in tackling the road to success. People see things differently but there's always the good side on every story. We love you so much, Kuya Nhelio, and we will truly miss you! May you rest in peace!
