Crammond Blair Macomber

Crammond Blair "Mac" Macomber passed away peacefully on December 27, 2014 at Parkmoor Village Healthcare in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was 74 years old.Mac was born on October 10, 1940 in Denver, Colorado to Dr. Douglas W. Macomber and Francis Carol Blair. Upon graduating from Denver's East High School, he continued his education at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He prospered in a career of sales at a variety of companies including Hallmark Cards and Cato Computers. Mac enjoyed skiing, camping, fly fishing, and always loved watching his beloved Buffs and Broncos play on Saturdays and Sundays.Mac was preceded in death by his mother, Francis Carol Blair; his father, Dr. Douglas W. Macomber; his stepmother, Martha Frye Macomber; and his brother, Douglas W. Macomber Jr. He is survived by his three sons, Grant Blair Macomber (Devon Macomber) of Riverton, Wyoming, Bryce Douglas Macomber of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Kirk John Macomber (Jill Folts) of Laurel, Montana; in addition to his six grandchildren.A memorial service to celebrate the life of Crammond "Mac" Macomber is being planned for summer of 2015.
