April 12th, 1965 - February 11th, 2016
Cynthia "Cindee" Lynne Jackson, 50, of West Columbia, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2016. She was born on April 12, 1965 in Columbia, South Carolina to Lewis Clinton Ballington, Sr. and the late Jureline Davis Ballington. A celebration of life, in memory of Cynthia "Cindee", will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2015 in the Chapel at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, 4720 Augusta Road, Lexington, SC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Cindee was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a graduate of Midlands Technical College with an associate degree in business. Cindee worked for Babcock Center for a number of years prior to becoming a self employed accountant and business owner. She loved being a homemaker and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She loved to travel especially when it was a trip to the beach. She enjoyed being outdoors. In addition to her mother, Jureline Davis Ballington, Cindee was predeceased by her sister, Pamela Falls; and brother, Lewis Clinton Ballington, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Robert Randel "Randy" Jackson; daughters, Jennifer Lynne Jackson and Stephanie Michelle Jackson; grandchildren, Robert Nathaniel Frye, Chandler Avery Williamson, Marilynne Mae Lee Jackson and Jada Mariah Rain Jackson; father, Lewis Clinton Ballington, Sr.; sisters, Debbie Shuler and Lisa Gilliam; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws. Cindee will be missed greatly by all of us as she goes home to Heaven. We all love and miss "u" Cindee! .
