Cyrus Devon Barnett June 9, 2006 ~ January 26, 2024 Cyrus Devon Barnett was born on June 6, 2006, in Denver, CO. He departed this life on January 26, 2024. He attended Vista Peak Elementary School, Edna & John W Mosely Middle School, and Gateway High School. He had been accepted for admission to Metropolitan State College after his High School graduation on May 2024. There he planned to study Economics, followed by a degree in Law. Cyrus was a brillant young man who excelled at both academics and sports. He especially technology, math, basketball, swimming, wrestling, and volleyball. The tragic loss of a young life full of dreams and potencial has left a void in the hearts of many. He is survived by his immediate family, including Mother Arnetta Reynolds Hall, Sister LaToya Nicole Barnett, "Aunite" Sisan (SuSu) Daniels, and Uncle Sam Murray. Also mourning Cyrus' loss are his half-sisters Sabrin and Lashalle, a host of other relatives, and the many friends and neighbors who remember him smile, his laughter, and his kindness. Visitation, Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 5;00pm to 8:00pm at Romero Funeral ~ Chapel of Repose, 15150 E. Iliff Avenue, Aurora, CO. Final Visitation, Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 10:00am, with a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00am, at Romero Funeral ~ Chapel of Repose, 15150 E Iliff Avenue, Aurora, CO. Interment, 2:00pm at Olinger Highland Cemetery.
