BIOGRAPHY Daniel Ryan Youngblood was born June 22, 1988 at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula in Monterey, California. He was the youngest of five children. He resided in Marina, California throughout his life. He attended Crumpton Elementary School, Los Arboles Middle School, and Learning for Life Charter School. He worked as a Custodial Aide with Monterey Peninsula School District for the last 5 years. Daniel was a very good natured baby who smiled often from the time of birth. He interacted well with his brothers and sisters, never seeming to feel the need to compete and fitting well into his spot in the family. He has always loved babies and would laugh out loud and be so entertained by the cute ways his nieces expressed themselves. He loved home cooked meals and enjoyed family dinners during holidays and family birthdays where joking, laughing, and reminiscing was the main entertainment. As he grew older he developed lasting relationships with close friends. He continued a passion for spending all his spare time with his friends, and enjoyed going on weekend trips, and to concerts with them. Daniel developed a love of many different types of music and enjoyed playing the guitar and creating music with some of his friends, and also creating some on his own. He was a respectful, fair minded person who will be remembered lovingly by everyone who was lucky enough to be a part of his life. Daniel is survived by his parents, Walter and Katherine Youngblood of Marina; 2 brothers, Shawn Fessler of San Francisco and Wyatt Youngblood of Marina; 2 sisters, Rachelle Youngblood and Rachel Youngblood both of Marina; grandmother, Rita Bruce of Marina; aunts, Joan Harren and Joyce Manjares both of Vancouver, WA ; and Laura Kuhl of Hillsborough, OR; uncles, Robert Salazar of Hawaii and Mike Youngblood of Salinas; 3 nieces, Kasia Piecyk, Abriann Youngblood, and Julyana Youngblood of Marina; and numerous cousins. Daniel was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tom Bruce, Frank Youngblood and Alice Wright.
