Dennis Allen Cote Obituary Dennis Allen Cote Jr., 38, died unexpectedly on January 19, 2023. He is survived by his parents, Carla Cote and Russell Caplin; his sister, Sarah Jaimes; brothers, Stephen Cote, Andrew Caplin, and Jesse Smith; Karla Cote; and his children, Diego Ballesteros, Dahlia Cote, and Dennis Allen Cote III; Angelica Valentina, and his expected child; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Dennis was a war hero, having done five tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, and was a Purple Heart recipient. He loved spending time with his children and his dog, Lady. He enjoyed basketball with the crew, collecting things- especially sneakers, and spending time with his friends from the military. He enjoyed snowboarding and mountain biking. He had a beautiful smile, a kind heart and will be forever missed. Visitation, 3:00PM-6:00PM, Thursday, February 9, 2023, The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.
