Desiree Montoya aka Guera/Dez earned her angel wings on July 19, 2020. Her journey into life began on August 15, 1973 to Patrick Joseph Montoya and Darlene Marie Montoya in Denver, Colorado. She is preceded in death by her father; Patrick Joseph M; siblings Patrick and Johnny Montoya; grandparents Inecencio and Leonila Cordova, and Virginia Folks; nieces Zariyah and Anecia Montoya. ‘Dez' is survived by her children Valentina Montoya, Ramon Orozco Castillo (son in law), Jude Montoya, Manuel Montoya and Desmond Montoya; siblings Manuel and Alicia Montoya, Chuck Montoya, Leonardo and Melissa Montoya, Esperanza and Juan Ramirez, Marcos Correa, Stephanie Alvarez, Oscar Lizarraga ( brother in law); and her 12 grandchildren Jorge Montoya Valentino Montoya Vanessa Montoya Ramon Montoya Maria Montoya Esteban Montoya Lluvia Montoya Alivia Montoya Savannah Montoya Nevaeh Montoya Younique Montoya Israel Montoya 'Dez' liked to dance, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Her days were full of surprises regardless if it was a special day. Desiree was very loving and caring. Desiree will be missed by all her loved ones especially her children & grandchildren.
