Dolores M. Marencik
November 5th, 1925 - May 13th, 2016
Dolores Margaret Marencik, 90, formerly of Oklahoma Borough, passed peacefully on Friday, May 13, 2016, at the home of her daughter in North Port, FL. She was under the care of TideWell Hospice of Southwest Florida. Born on November 5, 1925 in California, PA, she was the daughter of the late John A. and Anne (Hustak) Morgan. She was the loving wife of the late John H. Marencik for 36 years. Dolores was a graduate of the Arnold High School Class of 1942. Before retiring in 1986 she worked for 17 years for the Joseph Horne Department Store in Monroeville, PA. She was a member of St. James Roman Catholic Church in Apollo, PA. Dolores loved her family and was always present for holidays and special occasions. She will be greatly missed by her survivors who include three daughters, Dianne (John) Roberto and Rosalyn (Sam) Kelley both of North Port, FL, Suzanne (Mark) Sproull of New Kensington,; two sons, John Douglas Marencik of Lower Burrell and Lawrence (Sue) Marencik of Leechburg; four grandchildren, three step grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one step great grandchild; one brother, Donald Morgan of Arnold. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one brother, John J. Morgan. Inurnment will take place at St. Gertrude's Cemetery at a later date. Farley Funeral Home in North Port is handling the arrangements.
