Dorothy (Dottie) K. Tooma, beloved wife of the late Frederick Tooma, devoted daughter of the late Lillian Edberg, cherished step-mother to her surviving daughter Linda Tooma, died on March 30, 2010. Dottie enjoyed travelling and dancing with her husband for their years together and especially treasured time spent with her dear friends at Jacaranda Trace as well as in the Venice Community, especially attending services at Venice Presbyterian Church. She especially enjoyed playing Bridge and had an amazing love for animals. Born in Baltimore, MD, she moved to Venice over 30 years ago. Survivors include her daughter, Linda Tooma, of Maryland, and her beloved cat, Princess.
