Survivors include his wife, Helen, of Port Charlotte; sons Vincent Ottey, of England, Andrew Davis of Ohio, and Derick Givens of Port Charlotte, FL; daughters Jannette Monteith of New Jersey, Annette Davis, of Florida, Mitzie Baker of Florida; Alisha Ottey of Port Charlotte, FL, Ashley Ottey of Port Charlotte, FL; eight grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
