Ernestine Roybal died peacefully at home on October 27 2020 in Thornton Colorado at the age of 49. Ernestine is survived by her husband Donald Jiron, her children Jesse Martinez (Bianca & granddaughter Izzy), Donnati Jiron, Tayden Jiron, and her beloved dog Dude. Her mother Linda Padilla and her Sisters Julia Taylor (Jason), Marcellina Jiron (Joseph), and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother Francisco Padilla and her loving father Gerry Padilla. Ernestine was born on February 8th, 1971 in Denver Colorado to Linda Padilla and Gerry Padilla. She married Donald Jiron her love and best friend in 2001. She pursued her photography career and soon after she chooses to be a loving stay at home mom. Ernestine is a loving mother and a loving wife. She was a strong-willed and strong-hearted woman. Her days had to be preoccupied with something exciting, new restaurants to explore, new art projects to be started, and simply just getting out of the house making a small trip to the grocery store. She was written a bad chapter of health in life but that didn't stop her from loving the ones that matter most. Every moment mattered no matter if it was bad or good, no moment was left unnoticed. She fought her battle and she fought it well, she never backed down no matter how difficult the obstacle was. To her family, she won that battle with each and every one by her side. She will be missed by each and everyone she touched. A viewing is scheduled for November 11th, 2020 at Romero Family Funeral Home& Ft. Logan Mortuary (5150 East Iliff Ave Aurora CO 80014) at 1 pm-4 pm. There will be an after service dinner at 52eight (7575 Broadway Denver Co 80221) at 5 pm.
