Eva M. Conner, 89, of Columbia, South Carolina, passed away June 11, 2024 surrounded by family. She was born on June 25, 1934 in Kannapolis, North Carolina, and raised by the late Joel and Annie (née Motes) Williams. Eva retired from the state of South Carolina where she worked as an auditor. Eva was passionate about her grandchildren and porcelain dolls.

Eva is survived by her son William (Pam), son-in-law Greg (Janice) Davis, grandchildren Jessica Norton, Gene, Ric, Kayla (Michael) Menger, and great-grandchildren Caroline Menger and MK Menger.

She was preceded in death by her husband Gene, daughters Kim Norton and Kathy Davis, and siblings Bill (Olene) Williams, Howard Williams, and Brenda Oeding.

The family will receive friends at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209, on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Interment will be held at Florence National Cemetery with immediate family. Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
