Eva Marie Weger

Obituary Eva Marie Weger, 55, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on June 8, 2019. She is survived by her daughters Caitlin (Kyle) and Annie Boyer, parents Anne O'Hara and Thomas (Holly) Weger, siblings Erin Anne, Elisa Beth, Thomas (Lindsey), Bradley (Alicia), Olivia (Nate).A nephew Christopher, nieces Sophia, Lyla, Luna, Charlotte, Savannah and Lucy. Aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her uncles Michael O'Hara, John O'Hara and Richard Weger. Eva Marie was born September 21, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois. She was a graduate of St. Edwards High School in Elgin, Illinois and received her B. A. in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago. After working as a staff writer for the Sun Times Media Group, Eva segued into Marketing/Communications then into free-lance writing and editing. Eva's proudest accomplishment and greatest joy came from being a mother to her daughters Caitlin and Annie. In January of 2018, Eva pursued her passion of moving to Colorado. She left all behind to start a new chapter in her life. It was a time of new adventures, many rewards and great satisfaction. She was living the life she always dreamed of. Her memorial service will be held in Illinois at a later date.
