Evan Thomas "Tommy" Norris, Sr. of Lake Wales, FL, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Auburndale. He was 91. A native of Iron City, Georgia, born July 7, 1926, Tommy moved here over 60 years ago from Georgia. He was a Citrus Harvester, owner of T. Norris Harvesting, a 32 degree Master Mason, and he was a member of the Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Dundee. Tommy is survived by his sons: Jackie Norris of Auburndale and Evan Thomas Norris, Jr. of Robbinsville, NC, is daughter, Dell Epperson of Dundee, 14 grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, August 5, 2017 from 1 to 2 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM. Interment will be at Auburndale Memorial Park.
