Florence R. Lewis, 84, of Venice, FL died March 20, 2006. She was born June 19, 1921 in Collinsville, CT. Mrs. Lewis moved to Venice from Clearwater in May of 2005. She was a homemaker; member of the Northwood Presbyterian Church in Clearwater; and a member and former President of the Welcome Newcomers Club of Clearwater. She is survived by her 2 daughters Diane & Robert Capps of Steamboat Springs, CO and Linda & Philip Ellis of Venice, FL; 5 grandchildren Kelle Maynard of Plano, TX, Kent Capps of Chicago, IL, Scott & Kimberly Ellis of Venice, FL, Elaine Ellis of Venice, FL, and Sarah Ellis of Venice, FL; 3 great grandchildren Austin Maynard of Plano, TX, Sydney Maynard of Plano, TX, & Madison Ellis of Venice, FL. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 27, 2006, 2:00 PM at Northwood Presbyterian Church in Clearwater, FL. Arrangements by Farley Funeral Home & Crematory, Venice, FL.
