Florence Marie Mullins, 84, of Venice, Florida died Friday November 21, 2008. Mrs. Mullins was born on March 19, 1924 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Willard and Catherine (Call) Beekman.Mrs. Mullins moved to Venice 3 years ago from St. Petersburg, Florida. She was a member of New Hope Christian Church, Nokomis, Florida. She is survived by her sons, John T. (Toni) Mullins of Lakeland, FL; Joseph C. (Diane) Mullins of Bremen, GA; Thomas M. (Jan) Mullins of Pittsboro, IN; daughters, Barbara S. (Douglas) Mize of Jefferson, GA; Jeanetta L. (Tim) Tudor of Raleigh, NC and Nancy J. (Andy) Simkins of Nokomis, FL; 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in Jefferson, Georgia. Farley Funeral Home Venice Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
