Flora was a lovely, classy lady, an inspiration to many in her pursuit of goodness and her genuine kindness. Her unwavering faith served as an example to us all. I will miss our conversations, reminiscing about the past, and the warmth with which she welcomed me into her home. Flora had an incredible ability to make everyone feel valued and loved, offering a listening ear, a comforting word, or a helping hand whenever it was needed. Another enduring quality was her wisdom. The advice she shared was always thoughtful and profound. I am forever grateful for these wonderful memories. Deep in my heart, I know she will continue to be watching over us all. She left a lasting mark on many hearts. Descansa en paz, querida Flora. You will be deeply missed, but your legacy will endure in all of us who were privileged to know and love you.

I met Flora and her husband Eusebio in Washington, D.C. at the Spanish Catholic Center in the early 70s. I consider them true friends. Flora was pregnant of Margarita when I had my first Mass as a Catholic priest in Falls Church, VA in 1965. She was always a woman of deep faith. And a great cook! I enjoyed meals with her and her husband Eusebio and their daughter. I know how much she loved her family. Rest in peace.

We had the privilege of living next door to Flora and she was kindness herself. She was warm and gracious and welcoming, Her home was a peaceful respite from the craziness of life. I always have had a special place in my heart for her and she is missed but her memory goes with us forever ♥️ I pray her family has peace and the love shown to her is inspiring.

We are from Spain. We met Flora and her husband, because they invited us to visit them one day. We had a marvellous evening sharing experiences and talking about places in Spain they loved. They were such a lovely couple and now they are together again forever. With love.
