Frances S. Embree
September 11th, 1951 - September 5th, 2022
Obituary Passed away peacefully in her home on September 5, 2022. She was 70 years old. She was born in a small town in Solano, New Mexico, Too Matilda and Gerald Slager. She is survived by her daughter Corine Martinez, grandsons Jordan and Richard Martinez (Nicole) of Longmont, Sonya, Karen of Colorado, Lauren and Ryley of South Carolina. Great granddaughter Karla and great great grandson Anthony. Nikki (stepdaughter) & Jerry Whitzel, She had two sisters, Rosalie Rascon of Longmont and Barb (Tony) Aguilar of Longmont, Brother Dominic Rael (Angelique) of Milliken, and had many nieces and nephews and cousins. She was predeceased in death by her husband of 23+ years Loren Embree, mother Matilda Rael, Lorenzo Rael (father), brothers Ricky Slager and Tony Rael and Mark Embree (stepson). She and her husband moved to South Carolina and lived there for over 20 years. They enjoyed everything together. Their favorite pastime was fishing. She also loved car racing and has been to Daytona a few times. She enjoyed her bud light, country music, she also enjoyed reading, shooting pool; she was in a pool league and has her own custom stick with her nickname on it (Julio). She was a friend to many and cherished there friendships. She moved back to Colorado twelve years ago and lived with her daughter Corine and grandsons Richard and Jordan and her cat Shadow. She loved life, always woke up happy and with a smile on her face. A celebration of life will be in the near future and I will let people know when that day comes to save the date.
