Freddie Farah Jr.

September 19th, 1945 - August 9th, 2024

Rest in peace dad we love and miss you always!

Freddie Farah Jr. was born on September 19, 1945, to Mary Rose Piccione and Freddie Farah Sr.

Freddie (Fred) grew up in Indianapolis Indiana with his siblings, Joe, Josephine and Charles (Charlie) who he is survived by. Freddie graduated from Southport High School and immediately went into the Navy to serve his country. He eventually met the love of his life, Mary Margaret Mascari Farah, who he has been married to for over 50 wonderful years and who was by his side at the time of his passing.

Freddie is the proud father to two amazing young ladies who he loved very much, Angela Mary Farah LaRue and Heather Farah Lee. Freddie made many friends during his lifetime and some of those friendships go as far back as grade school. He came to Melbourne Florida to be closer to his daughters and to work at Patrick Air Force Base until his 20-year retirement in 2005. He was a happy, social and humorous man who always had a smile on his face and advice to give.

Freddie peacefully passed on August 9, 2024 leaving behind his loving wife, Mary Margaret, his loving and doting daughters, Angie and Heather, his best man, closet friend and true brother, Charlie and his wife Diane; His brother-in-law John Hildewein; his 6 grandchildren: Brittany, Taylor, Brianna, Melanie, Donovan and Brett; His nieces and nephews, Johnnie, Jeannie, “Little” Charlie and Jennifer.

Heaven received a new angel, Freddie, who is now forever watching over all of those he loved and cared for. Rest in peace dad we love and miss you always!

I loved the time we worked together at Patrick AFB, FL. I couldn't have had a more dedicated employee and friend. Your sense of humor was second to none! After I moved to Texas and then retired years later, you and Mary Margaret came to my retirement ceremony, there are no words to tell you how humbled and happy I was you guys came. Save a place for me next to you at the beach. Until we meet again my friend.
