Geoffrey Mason Winslow
December 14th, 1963 - October 20th, 2024
Geoffrey “Geoff” Winslow, age 60, of Venice, Florida, passed away on October 20, 2024. He was born on December 14, 1963 in Madison, Wisconsin and moved to Venice in 2017 from Lake Villa, Illinois. Geoff spent his career as an engineer in the technology industry. He retired at the age of 55 to pursue his long-life dream of being a Pilot, along with enrolling in school to become an airplane mechanic. He loved every moment of the airplane industry.
Geoff was a member and active with the Experimental Aircraft Association in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Sport Aviation, Flight Training and various Mustang Clubs. He had a strong passion for Mustang cars and owned three of them.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Winslow of Venice; a daughter, Syndey Winslow of Chicago, Illinois and two sisters, Victoria Winslow and Beth Winslow both of Parker City, Colorado. Geoff was preceded in death by his parents, Edward & Rosemary Winslow.
A visitation for Geoff will be held at Farley Funeral Home in Venice on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 3:00PM-5:00PM with a prayer service to begin at 4:15PM.
