He is survived by; wife Ruth Ortiz, Children, Karen (Alberto) Ruvalcaba, Vivian Ortiz (Ronnie Castro), Darlene Ortiz (Albert Castro), Roberta (Ignacio) De Jesus, Gerald (Peggy) Ortiz, Adelmo Ortiz, Kenneth John, Annette John: Sisters, Edna Medina, Barbara (Daniel) Ortega, Nimfa Martinez: 23 grand children, and 45 great-grand children.
